CARE INSTRUCTION TIP : Many of DOLLY'S items are made of tulle and tulle needs to hang out and preferably formed by hand to get its final shape. When taking a DOLLY out of its packaging she first looks a bit wrinkled probably, but she will look at her best like on the images, when hung out for a while on a hanger.

For online orders cancellation is not possible. Once your online order is placed it is send automatically to warehouse to be packed or to our atelier to be custom made. ( Read terms about possible returns.)
We usually ship same day worldwide. ( except if you have purchased Pre order or Made-to-Order items) Transit time depends on destination country and customs speed. Shipping charges will be calculated automatically and can be viewed by ticking your country during check out. As soon as your order is dispatched you'll receive an email to update you. We ship with: PostNL, DHL, DPD, FEDEX and UPS services.
Please note that shipping addresses can not be changed afterwards, when placing an order online. The shipping address which you fill in during check out is automatically used to create a shipping label. Make sure to provide correct address. The client is responsible to provide correct shipping address. When shipping details are provided incorrectly additional shipping costs apply to correct it and have order shipped to correct address.

When you place an order you are responsible for providing a shipping address where someone is available to accept the parcel. When the postmen/woman is not able to deliver at the shipping address you provided, because you're not at home, transport company usually offers it a 2nd time ( depends on country and transport company!). If the attempt(s) were unsuccessful you have to pick it up at nearest post office or depot within a week, otherwise it will be send back to us. Please note that when it's send back extra shipping applies at customers cost. ( Customer is responsible) Therefore it's important that when you place an order always try to provide a shipping address where someone will be available to accept. That can also be your work address, family, friends, etc. Once we have send you the notification email your order is shipped, you track and follow it using our the track your order button in that email

We’re happy to refund your purchase subject to our terms and conditions.
- Return the item(s) within 14 days after receiving your order using your local post office. Post stamp is binding.
- Fill in this form below and send it together with your product.
- Excluded from returns are the following:
- Cosmetics, earrings, hair accessories, face masks, underwear and swimwear are not able to be returned due to health reasons unless faulty or wrongly received. ( as an exception swimwear can be tried on only by putting on own underwear first)
- Customized Goods & Goods Made to Order
- Outlet items discounted with 50% or more or with use of a discount code- voucher are excluded and can not be returned nor exchanged. ( outside EU)
- Exchange? Need other size or color? Simply place a new order online and check out. You can check availability immediately.
- Each item must be unused in its original condition with all of the labels attached in original packaging. Wrap securely to make sure the item(s) reach us undamaged.
- Use our return address label below and add postage at your local post office. Tracking service is recommend. The customer is obliged to pay postage and is responsible for any returns. Make sure you put your ( sender’s ) address on the label or parcel.
- Your refund will be done within 14 days after your return is received. For further information please see our return policy on our website.
