RETURN TOO LATE?

Too late with your return? Here's what happens 

From the day you received your order you have 14 days to inform us you like to make a return.

Within 14 days of informing us you have 14 days to send your return back to us.

Are you too late with the return and is it less than 4 weeks since you received your package?

Then you can still return your package to us. However, we are then forced to charge administration costs and can no longer meet the shipping costs incurred.

The costs for taking back items returned too late amount to 20% of the value, with a minimum of € 6.95. The remaining amount will be transferred to you via the payment method you used to pay.

This does not apply to items that are discounted. They may still be returned to us outside the applicable return period of two weeks, but within four weeks of receipt, but after deduction of the administration costs you will receive a voucher for the remaining amount that is valid for one year.

You can still send non-discounted items back to us. The costs for taking back these items are 30% of the value, with a minimum of € 6.95 and we can no longer compensate you for the shipping costs incurred. The remaining amount will be paid in the form of a voucher.

Discounted items cannot be taken back.

Will you still send your package with discounted items back to us?

Then we can return the items to you for the shipping costs applicable at that time.

Maybe you can make someone else happy with the shoes or resell them.
