Shipping charges will be calculated automatically and can be viewed by ticking your country during check out. As soon as your order is dispatched you'll receive an email to update you. We ship with : PostNL, DHL, DPD and UPS services.
Please note that shipping addresses can not be changed afterwards, when placing an order online. The shipping address which you fill in during check out is automatically used to create a shipping label. Make sure to provide correct address. The client is responsible to provide correct shipping address. When shipping details are provided incorrectly additional shipping costs apply to correct it and have order shipped to correct address.

When you place an order you are responsible for providing a shipping address where someone is available to accept the parcel. When the postmen/woman is not able to deliver at the shipping address you provided, because you're not at home, transport company usually offers it a 2nd time ( depends on country and transport company!). If the attempt(s) were unsuccessful you have to pick it up at nearest post office or depot within a week, otherwise it will be send back to us. Please note that when it's send back extra shipping applies at customers cost. ( Customer is responsible) Therefore it's important that when you place an order always try to provide a shipping address where someone will be available to accept. That can also be your work address, family, friends, etc. Once we have send you the notification email your order is shipped, you track and follow it using our Look up your order here > feature.

We offer a returns policy if for any reason you change your mind with any item ( but excluding 50% outlet items and wholesale orders). We’re happy to refund your purchase subject to our terms and conditions.
Note: If you received free shipping because your purchase was €100 or more and are returning part of your order making the final purchase below the €100, the original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. ( free shipping is not valid below €100 and applied for Netherlands and some EU countries only)
- Returns have to be received within 30 days after arrival. Date of post stamp is binding.
- If you are returning items for an exchange or refund first send an email to email@example.com with your order number. You'll receive an automatic reply instructing you to read and use the return form.
- Exchange? Need other size or color? Place new order online. You can immediately check availability. Your return will be refunded.
- Each item must be in its original condition with all of the labels attached.
- The parcel must contain a filled out return form and your invoice ( or copy). The parcel needs to be wrapped securely to make sure the items reach us undamaged.
- Use our return address label at the bottom of the return form that comes with your order and add postage at your local post office.
- Make sure you put your ( sender’s ) address on the label or parcel.
- The customer is obliged to pay postage for any returns. We do not accept packages where the postage is unpaid. Please retain the the receipt and the tracking number. Clients are responsible for return parcels.
- Your refund will be done within 30 days of arrival of your return. Excluded for returns and exchanges are 50% outlet items!
