Shopping is safe, fun and easy in the web-shop of Le Petit Tom ®. Simply click 'add to cart' to put items you like  into your shopping cart.
Checking out is just as easy. Just follow the steps presented to you. You order will be send to you as soon as payment is successful. If your order contains a pre-order, or made-to-order your order ships once all items have arrived. 

You'll receive an order confirmation. Please retain this, since it's your proof of purchase.

Please note our shipping costs don't include any customs, Tax/Vat and or import duties for international shipping. These have to be paid by the customer. It depends on customs whether or not duties apply.

 DISCOUNT CODES

NOTE! Please enter the voucher code in your shopping cart. The discount will be deducted immediately. (1 code per order is redeemable) Vouchers can be redeemed online only during the ordering process and not be claimed by any other means. Therefore don't forget to use it! Not valid in conjunction with other offers or actions. Orders placed outside this promotion period are not eligible for this discount. This special offer is only valid for orders placed during the action period. NOTE! Voucher is only valid during the state period and can not be claimed 'afterwards. (1 code per order)

PAYMENT

CANCELLATIONS 

For online orders cancellation is not possible. Once your online order is placed it is send automatically to warehouse to be packed or to our atelier to be custom made. ( Read terms about possible returns.)

SHIPPING

We usually ship same day worldwide. ( except if you have purchased Pre order or Made-to-Order items)  Transit time depends on destination country and customs speed. Shipping charges will be calculated automatically and can be viewed by ticking your country during check out. As soon as your order is dispatched you'll receive an email to update you.  We ship with:  PostNL, DHL, DPD, FEDEX and UPS services.

Please note that shipping addresses can not be changed afterwards, when placing an order online. The shipping address which you fill in during check out is automatically used to create a shipping label. Make sure to provide correct address. The client is responsible to provide correct shipping address. When shipping details are provided incorrectly additional shipping costs apply to correct it and have order shipped to correct address.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER TAKE? 

Delivery time depends on destination country and customs speed. These are estimates and no rights can be claimed. 
• For some common destinations in the state tables on this page is an indication of the delivery time.
The transit time is the number of days that a postal way before it reaches its destination.
• The delivery time depends on the destination country and certain bulk mail products also of the selected service level.
• Local public holidays may affect delivery times.
• The delivery time can be longer cause of customs clearance delays.

NOT AT HOME? Important

When you place an order you are responsible for providing a shipping address where someone is available to accept the parcel.  When the postmen/woman is not able to deliver at the shipping address you provided, because you're not at home, transport company usually offers it a 2nd time ( depends on country and transport company!). If the attempt(s) were unsuccessful you have to pick it up at nearest post office or depot within a week, otherwise it will be send back to us. Please note that when it's send back extra shipping applies at customers cost. ( Customer is responsible)  Therefore it's important that when you place an order always try to provide a shipping address where someone will be available to accept. That can also be your work address, family, friends, etc.   Once we have send you the notification email your order is shipped, you track and follow it using our the track your order button in that email
